Hirrd was built out of frustration with job searching. Sending 50 applications into the void. Getting screened out before anyone read the resume. Realizing too late that the resume was generic, not tailored to the specific role, the specific company, or what that company actually needed right now.
The insight is simple: a good resume isn't a good resume in the abstract. It's a good answer to a specific job posting. Hirrd reads both (your resume and the job) and tells you exactly what's missing, then fixes it.
Beyond the resume, hirrd surfaces the hiring manager, generates a cold outreach email, writes a cover letter, preps you for interviews, and tracks every application in a lightweight CRM. It also runs a Career Agent in the background that scans job boards and company ATS portals daily, so good roles land in your inbox instead of slipping past you.
Hirrd is an independent product built and maintained by a small team. We don't have a venture-backed growth machine behind us. We have a product that we think works, priced so that it pays for itself with one offer.
What we believe
No invented experience
The AI only rewrites what you have. It cannot add companies, titles, dates, or skills you haven't listed. This is a hard constraint, not a preference.
Transparency over black boxes
Every score comes with a breakdown. Every rewrite shows you a before/after diff. You decide what to keep.
Credits, not subscriptions you forget about
The free tier is genuinely useful. Paid plans unlock more. One-time credit packs never expire so you can pay when you need to and not before.
Your data is yours
We don't sell it, share it, or train models on it. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.
