When you create an account we collect your name and email address. When you use the platform we store the resume text you upload, job postings you score against, AI-generated outputs (optimized resumes, cover letters, outreach emails, LinkedIn sections, interview prep), and job matches found on your behalf. We also store payment records via Stripe. We never see or store your card details directly.
Your data is used solely to operate the service: scoring and optimizing your resume, finding job matches, sending you digest emails if you opt in, and processing payments. We do not sell your data. We do not use your resume or job data to train AI models.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at hello@gethirrd.com.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
