By creating an account or using Hirrd (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Rapopo Technologies.
Hirrd provides AI-powered tools to help job seekers score, optimize, and tailor their resumes, discover job opportunities, and manage their job search. AI outputs are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes; we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including job offers or interview callbacks.
Certain features require credits. Credits are purchased through Stripe and are non-refundable except at our discretion. One-time credit purchases never expire. Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. We reserve the right to change credit costs with reasonable notice.
You agree not to:
You own the content you upload (your resume, job postings, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and display it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of AI outputs is at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapopo Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by emailing hello@gethirrd.com.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
